2. Data We Collect

We collect: (a) account data you provide (name, email, password hash); (b) property and guide content you create; (c) basic usage and access logs for security and service improvement.

3. Purpose & Legal Basis

Your data is processed to: provide and improve the service (contractual basis, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)); and, where applicable, with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your account and deleted within 30 days of account closure. Logs are retained for a maximum of 12 months.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR (Arts. 15-21) and LOPDGDD you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@hostguide.app. You may also lodge a complaint with the AEPD (www.aepd.es).

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary session cookies for authentication. No tracking or advertising cookies are used. No consent banner is required for essential cookies under EU law.
